- Ethiopia Sidama Bensa – Sidama Bensa is a natural processed Ethiopian coffee grown organically by smallholder farmers at high altitude. Sun-dried on raised beds, it delivers sweet, fruit-forward flavors with floral hints, creamy texture, and bright acidity—perfect for filter or espresso.
- Ethiopia Nano Challa – A washed coffee from Gera, Jimma, featuring bright citrus, delicate florals, and layered sweetness, delivering a clean cup and excellent balance
- Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Idido Natural – Sourced from the high-altitude farms of Gedeo and naturally processed at the Idido Station, this coffee offers a sweet and vibrant cup with a cupping score of 86.4. Notes of pineapple, vanilla, pear, and honey.
