TRACEABILITY
Every year, Muhororo Coffee generously distributes 4,000 new coffee trees to local growers and provides comprehensive training on sustainable farming practices in partnership with the Rwanda National Agricultural Export Development Board.
Looking ahead, Muhororo has ambitious plans to build a daycare facility for the children of parents engaged in the labour-intensive harvest and processing work that coffee demands. This initiative aims to provide a nurturing environment along with essential healthcare and educational resources. Additionally, they plan to donate pigs that can produce piglets, fostering further redistribution within the community to stimulate the local economy.
